Car Reviews Blown Away by ZR1 |

The few and lucky who will drive or purchase the Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 are going to gain access to an experience few will ever get. Obviously, I have never driven this car but from the recent road tested car reviews released this week it is surpassing the hype. 0-60 in 3.3 seconds (street bike speed) and topping out at 205 MPH this carbon fiber giant is going to chew up and spit out everything that challenges it. For a measly 100,000 (in perspective to cars with same stats) drivers will gain access to 638 American horses.
This is a serious supercar for the price of a European luxury sedan. Chevy redesigned suspension and cornering dynamics so that the ZR1 wasn’t only a straight line beast like a Viper. The 604-lbs of torque can be tamed and thrown hard into turns. Not to mention the ZR1 only weighs 3,364 pounds according to car reviews. 2009 is going to be a great year for car reviews. Coming into American play is the ZR1 and my other favorite the Nissan Skyline R35. Both produce huge numbers for low prices in respect to the stats.
